Description

The only thing better than being famous is being infamous. In Yrminsul, the path to infamy is clear: annihilate the pathetic (and unfashionable) forces of good as they attempt to breach your formidable defenses.

Yrminsul is the mutant evolution of tower defense games, offering a rich strategy experience and a wonderfully black sense of humor. Filled with detailed enemies and a colorful cast of characters, Yrminsul offers an addictive new direction to the frantic tower defense genre.

History

Black Flag Studios Inc., a new game development collective, has released their debut game: Yrminsul. The mutant evolution of tower defense games, Yrminsul is designed to test the boundaries of skill, wit, and common decency. Featuring an array of warped traps and spells, players assist the evil Leth in his domination of the pathetic forces of good and righteousness.

Featuring over 30 levels, dozens of enemies and challenging boss fights, the whole family will find itself hooked on Yrminsul. “We felt that traditional tower defense games lacked a certain depth between engagements,” said Adrien Forestier of Black Flag Studios, “That’s why we designed Yrminsul to be a full strategy gaming experience, complete with resource management, specialized tactics, quirky narrative, and the most frantic tower defense imaginable.”

Yrminsul is rendered in a fully 3-D environment, and gives players a large assortment of content to explore. Over 30 unique enemies from three distinct armies will challenge players at every turn, and 15 upgradable turrets and 16 spells ensure a pleasing variety to the destruction. Yrminsul is bursting with color, style, and a wryly grim sense of humor.
